“Heavy Lifting, Light Hearts” (Matthew 11:28-30)

Come away for a weekend designed to bring rest and encouragement to adoptive moms! Together, we’ll explore how God meets us in the weight of real life and leads us into the gift of light-hearted living. Lisa, Laurabeth, and Lydia will lead us in God’s Word, community, creativity, worship, and rest. Our hope is that you return home renewed, refreshed, and carrying lighter hearts.

Arrive to the cabin anytime after 11am on Friday, the retreat will kick off at 1pm. Retreat programming will end at dinnertime on Saturday, but you are free to stay through Sunday morning for some extra time to rest and reflect. All meals, bedding/towels are provided, all you need are comfy clothes, your Bible and notebook!

Note: We are revisiting our Fall Retreat theme - if you attended then, you'll find some of the same content along with new experiences woven in. You’re welcome to come whether you were with us in November or not!
